At Sego Experience, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Secure the Device

    Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and components to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Sego

    Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Our technical team will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
